Hello! Sweet entry on Nishijima-kun :)

I live near the mentioned places, used to be closer but my family moved so we are now further a bit, but still within a quick drive of probably 15 minutes or less. Close enough to be quite a nice coincidence :)

Right, bout the DVD, that would be the 5th Attack, their 2nd anniversary – for the sole purpose of spazzing over the adorable moments between the cute couple, but the concert in whole was amazing and I rather liked the setlist, hence the reasoning to buying that. Sorry to hear you couldn’t get the concert DVD you wanted, but well, if you’d like, if you ever wish to purchase a DVD or CD of some sort, I’d be happy to help out via online purchase. Cause I usually make my purchases for these online (it’s also considerably cheaper and faster than getting it from our local music stores cause by the time they have it imported it’d be pretty late and marked up with a costly price), either that or via my good friend in Japan. So yes, if you ever come across with something you need to get, let me know :)

Oh, I happened to backtrack on your post and saw the one on HSJ – I’ve got to admit, I’m rather fond of Chinen-kun cause he reminds me of my favorite lil cousin brother whom I’d love to hug and tease cause he’s simply lovable and rather charming in his own right. And also cause Chinen-kun is a very, very cute Ohno Satoshi fanboy which I found to be very amusing :) Though I think the one who’s got a very charming self in HSJ would be Nakajima Yuto – he’s not just an adorable adolescent, but a very nice down-to-earth look with that humble aura about him. I’ve never really followed that fandom cause…well, I guess Arashi & Kanjani8 takes up whatever JE-spazzing I have within me :)

I didn’t get around to watching that movie of Nishijima’s, but it seems that it received good reviews and if I’m not mistaken, it was more of an indie sort of flick, deviates from the usual cinema type, slightly darker but rather brilliant in storyline. And nope, haven’t watched their performance either, I try to catch up every now and then, but not quite much. However I’ll honestly admit that their latest single (Break Down, Summer Revolution) isn’t quite a favorite of mine. Catchy and funky but something didn’t rang right, sorry about that :) But thank you for the streaming and download link nevertheless.

Don’t worry about it – I actually enjoyed reading your comment, however long it is :) I suppose it comes naturally with the fact I simply enjoy reading so anything at all that catches my interest for more than just 10 seconds is good enough for me to continue reading happily :) – yeah, I guess I’m sort of weird that way.

Hello…Sorry for the delayed reply – I was busy with work and had to go down to S’pore as well and just got all tired out from it :)

5th Attack’s really entertaining, they’ve got an amazing set list, brilliant performance – I really think they are quite the performers on stage, somehow – nothing seems dull in their concert cause their aura is just so lively and cheerful. I’ve always wondered how it’d be like if I were to attend one of their concerts in person :)

Oh right – HSJ does appeal to a younger base for their age – silly me, I totally forgot about that. I guess that’s why I never see them as much to fangirl but more of an adoration of something so adorable. Well, HSJ is rather lovable so I understand why your interest gravitates to them :) And I agree, Yamada has a way of carrying himself, I think it’s his sense of confidence? He exudes the personality of someone sure of himself, making decisions to his heart’s content as he believes in the end – he’s responsible for himself and his feelings –I think it’s a maturity-like vibe. And his smiles are quite disarming :) Actually, I find out of HSJ, Nakajima, Chinen and Yamada all have a really disarming smile – you know, the kind that makes your heart flutter a little and that tug on your lips just grows and widens, naturally and instinctively.

KAT-TUN, I used to like them too…massively but it drowned cause they just, I don’t know, didn’t had a lasting appeal somehow? I’m probably going to get smacked at by the many fangirls out there for saying so, but yes. Ironically, they are actually they are actually the answer to your question about myself getting into JE and Japanese stuff. Well, actually I began liking the whole Japanese culture and stuff when M’sia begin broadcasting J-dramas and I thought their lifestyle was really interesting – from the food they eat to the way they speak. Until I came to watch Takizawa Hideaki in one of his earlier dramas – did I only sit up and notice the Japanese entertainment scene itself. But KAT-TUN, or rather, Kamenashi was the one who drew me in entirely to it with Nobuta (which I didn’t complete watching) and curiously I searched for his other drama which was Gokusen and rather much…well, his character Odagiri Ryu in it simply made me fall…head over heels? So yes, it then switched to KAT-TUN as a whole and I just got so into it after that, JE and all – but I do very much admire the rich Japanese history (which I spend my time reading), food (cooking is quite a past time for myself), and its language. Somehow I’m just rather fascinated by them – maybe it’s because of their lives, the matter of the mind as in the mentality (I find it amazing that they are fiercely loyal for their Emperor back in WW2 and even a defeat doesn’t lead them to despair and betrayal but instead – they brought themselves together into the modern world and bringing a cultured, civilized mind with it – I mean, looking at their modernity of technology, mindset about the environment, etc.). Sorry, that’s me talking as a Communication major – weird ramblings all over the place.

So after KAT-TUN brought me to the rest of JE and Arashi, whom I knew of since they debuted, had always been a fleeting happy interest until last year when I found myself undeniably looking forward to their dramas, songs, tv variety shows – that’s when I knew I was more drawn to this fandom than I’ve ever been for any other J-groups :) But aside JE, I rather enjoy Angela Aki, Ikimongakari, Ayaka, Utada Hikaru, and such. So yes, that would be me and the J-entertainment world :)

I’m sorry – I know this is way delayed but life got a hold of me and gloominess was my best friend for a bit there so I got distracted and work’s dragging my heels by a bit. So yes, I’m sorry and I’ll add your msn in a bit…but I do have to forewarn, I’m awful with msn cause I have a tendency to stay online for a short while unless someone catches me online before I run off :)

Yeah, Shinhwa was quite much a part of my music influence back then and through the fandom, I made friends and all, and one in particular, is someone I’m really glad to know cause she’s amazing to be around and all that. I’ve listened to SS501 and the others too, I guess I could say I rather music cause it’s catchy but I’m not too much into the fandom anymore so they don’t stand out too much anymore.

So I’m guessing your finals should be coming to an end, or it has already ended? How was it? I kinda miss school /college really – cause it was interesting and life was a little more mellow although always fascinatingly exciting. Either that or I simply enjoy going through assignments and hangouts rather than paperwork, designs, proposals etc. etc.

Yeah – Nobuta brought me into the whole JE world. It’s like knowing one leads you to another and before you know it, there’s this one group that will just stick out to you. I went through the phase of KAT-TUN > Kanjani8 & Arashi > Arashi…and absolutely loving the current one cause they are just incredibly amusing with their million and one ways.

Oh yes, mass comm. I actually majored in journalism for diploma before moving onto comm & media management for my degree which is a mix of PR, advertising and a bit of journalism but leans a lot on the first one, PR. Honestly, the reason I picked up communications was due to the fact I knew I could not take maths anymore that I could in high school (maths was a good friend but add maths was the bane to my existence), and communications was one major that could steer clear from that subject :) And of course the reason I like writing, and the growing media scene, its influence on almost everything of our lives – simply intrigued me so.

Another coincidence – with your interest in communications :) It’s an interesting major really, diverse and all that and it allows the mind to explore quite a bit with the many theories and hypothesis and stuff that you research and discover more about as you do your assignments :) Practical stuff for a communications major is pretty fun too – magazines, broadcast stations, etc.

Oh, Nino :) He’s my second favorite…well, actually, there isn’t really a second favorite cause I simply can’t decide between them who exactly would come in second :) Ohno’s definitely a position slightly higher though, because his personality sorta rings off with my own at times, and the fact that his mind works in such odd ways that it’s fascinatingly amusing.
I know what you mean, Love so Sweet is a pretty song with such catchy sounds. One thing that really stands out with Arashi is their music – always providing those rainbow –like feelings :) However, they still divert off a bit like with Truth from last year which was amazing with the violin and musical ensemble for that dark theme – perfectly fitting the drama ‘Maou’ – have you watched it? I am amazed with the emotions the drama builds up, I can’t tell if I’d felt sympathy or otherwise, with the blur definition of what’s good and evil. Oh, and Crazy Moon is an awesome PV :)
So – I’m really sorry for the delay but I do hope you’ve been doing well and life’s treating you good. And hopefully, we’ll talk via msn soon :)
